Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline how I (Simone The Medium – “Provider”) offer my services.
By booking, purchasing, attending, or engaging with my work, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms in full. If they don’t feel right for you, please don’t proceed with booking.

1. Agreement

Booking, payment, or participation means you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms. They are a binding agreement between us.

2. Nature of Services

  • My work is spiritual and intuitive in nature, offered for personal growth, inspiration, and guidance.
  • I do not offer guarantees of accuracy, outcomes, or results.
  • I am not a medical, legal, financial, or psychological professional, and my services are not a substitute for professional advice or care.
  • All decisions and actions you take after a session are your responsibility.

3. Emotional Wellbeing

Sometimes messages and connections may bring forward deep emotions.

  • You acknowledge this is a natural part of the work.
  • If you need extra emotional support before, during, or after a session, please reach out to an appropriate professional.

4. Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to book. If under 18, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.

5. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking via my approved payment platforms.
  • Bookings aren’t confirmed without payment.
  • Prices may change at any time and are non-negotiable.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

If you cancel or reschedule:

  • You can do so up to 24 hours before your session.
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows are non-refundable.

If I need to cancel:

  • You’ll be offered either a reschedule or a refund.

Refunds:

  • Once a session has started, or a digital product has been accessed, no refunds are provided.
  • Dissatisfaction with the style or outcome of a reading is not grounds for a refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain in place.

7. Online & In-Person Sessions

  • Online sessions require a stable internet connection and working technology on your end. I can’t refund or reschedule for issues on your side.
  • If technical problems occur on my end, we will reschedule at no cost.
  • In-person events: You are responsible for travel, arriving on time, and personal safety.
  • Respectful behaviour is required at all times — disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal without refund.

8. Privacy

  • I treat all personal information and session content as confidential, unless required by law to share.
  • Testimonials may be used in my marketing with your permission, and anonymity can be requested.

9. Recording

  • I do not record sessions.
  • You may record a private 1:1 session with my prior written consent.
  • Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared publicly.

10. Readings for Third Parties

I do not read for or about third parties without their consent.

11. Gifted Sessions & Promotions

  • Gifted, discounted, or giveaway sessions have no cash value, are non-transferable unless agreed in writing, and must be used within the stated timeframe.
  • I may withdraw a promotion at any time if boundaries are crossed or energetic alignment is not in place.

12. Group Offerings

  • Please attend from a private space.
  • No guests unless pre-approved.
  • Respectful, kind participation is required in all groups, workshops, and mentorships.

13. Boundaries & Respect

  • My work is collaborative, based on mutual respect.
  • I reserve the right to stop a session without refund if a client is aggressive, disrespectful, or attempts to misuse the reading (including to “test” me or to spy on others).

14. Content & Responsibility

  • Messages may be unexpected or emotional.
  • You are responsible for how you interpret and act on any guidance.
  • Please share any topics you’d like to avoid before we begin.

15. Future Predictions

Any future insights are based on current energy and are not guaranteed. Timelines and outcomes can change based on your choices and external factors.

16. Medical, Legal & Financial

I do not diagnose, prescribe, or give legal or financial advice. Please seek qualified professional guidance where needed.

17. Intellectual Property

All materials, meditations, and session content belong to me and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

18. Liability Waiver

By booking, you agree to release me from all liability connected to your use of my services. You accept full responsibility for any choices you make after a session.

19. Unexpected Events (Force Majeure)

I’m not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond my control (illness, emergencies, technical failures, natural disasters, etc.).

20. Disputes

Please contact me first at hello@simonethemedium.com to resolve any issues.
These Terms are governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.

21. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of my services means you accept the most recent version.
