Your trust means everything to me. This Privacy Policy explains how I, Simone The Medium, collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit my website, book a session, or connect with any of my services. By choosing to work with me, you’re agreeing to the details below. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t proceed with my website or services until we’ve clarified it together.

1. What I Collect

When you connect with me, I may gather:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number (to help with scheduling, reminders, and communication)
  • Booking and session details
  • Payment details — but only through secure third-party providers such as PayPal, orStripe, (I never see or store your full payment information)
  • Any personal details you choose to share during our conversations or sessions

I don’t ask for government IDs, passwords, or private financial details beyond what’s necessary for safe and secure payments.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use your information solely to:

  • Schedule, confirm, and prepare for your sessions
  • Send gentle reminders and any agreed follow-ups
  • Respond to your questions or messages
  • Meet any legal or tax obligations I’m bound to

Your information is never sold, rented, or misused. Your privacy isn’t just important — it’s part of the sacred trust of my work.

3. Session Confidentiality & Recordings

As outlined in my Terms & Conditions:

  • I never record your sessions.
  • You may request to record your private 1:1 session, but only with my written or verbal consent before we begin.
  • Group offerings (classes, circles, workshops) cannot be recorded.
  • What you share stays between us, unless the law requires disclosure.

This protects both your privacy and the energetic integrity of our time together.

4. How I Keep Your Data Safe

I take practical steps to protect your details:

  • Payments are processed only through secure platforms (Stripe or PayPal)
  • Bookings are managed through a secure Calendly Booking System
  • I keep your information only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes
  • I never sell or pass your information to third parties for marketing

5. Third-Party Services & Links

Sometimes I use trusted third-party services or link to other websites (e.g., Instagram, PayPal, Stripe, WordPress). They have their own privacy practices, and I can’t be responsible for how they operate.

Payments are handled exclusively by Stripe or PayPal — I never have access to your full card details.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask what information I hold about you
  • Request corrections or updates
  • Request that I delete your personal details (unless I’m legally required to keep them)
  • Unsubscribe from any communications at any time

You can do this simply by emailing me at: hello@simonethemedium.com

7. Cookies & Analytics

My website may use cookies to improve your experience and to see what’s working well for visitors. This might include anonymous tools like Google Analytics.

If you prefer not to use cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings.

8. Working with Minors

My services are designed for those 18 or older. If you’re under 18, I need written consent from a parent or guardian before we can work together.

9. Legal Basis & Boundaries

Your information is handled in line with Australian privacy laws.

By engaging with my services, you agree not to misuse, replicate, or use personal session content or materials for claims against me. The work I do is intuitive and subjective by nature, and that’s part of its beauty.

If you live outside Australia, you’re still agreeing that Australian privacy laws apply to our work together.

10. Updates to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on my website. If you keep using my services after an update, it means you accept the revised terms.

Your privacy matters to me — not just because it’s the law, but because our work together is built on trust, respect, and sacred confidentiality.
